Ideas for Action

This page provides some ideas of actions, organisations and projects for World Day of the Poor. The following information is all provided by Caritas Westminster, the SVP, and Westminster Justice and Peace, who collectively and in complimentary way, work towards a more equal society reflecting the values of the Catholic Church.

Caritas Westminster

Caritas Westminster is the Social Action Agency of the Diocese of Westminster. Started in 2012, Caritas works with churches across the diocese to respond to those in need by helping them to start social action projects. Caritas also runs three direct services: St Joseph’s Pastoral Centre, the Deaf Service and Bakhita House. Click here to view the Caritas social action map, showing all the different projects running across the diocese.
